Wolfdog Education Network (WEN) was created to organize a small group of people to operate an exhibitor's booth at the next AVMA convention, to be held in Salt Lake City, UT on July 22- 26, 2000. The purpose of this booth is to open dialogue with veterinary professionals regarding many aspects of wolfdog care, including vaccinations, handling, genetics, behavior problems and modern training techniques. We will also address the controversy over the ownership of wolfdogs as companion canines in modern society.
